I’ve spent my entire career inside the legal profession working with law firms, hiring managers, paralegals, legal professionals, and career-changers at every stage. And if there’s one thing I know for sure, it’s this: most people aren’t stuck because they lack talent. They’re stuck because no one ever gave them the tools.
